SAVE LAKE GRANBURY

For the past 40 years, Lake Granbury has grown to become one of the most popular scenic lakes in North Central Texas.

Today, the integrity of Lake Granbury and the tourism it brings to Hood County is being threatened. For the past several years, decisions made by the Brazos River Authority (BRA) have resulted in a dramatic decline in the water levels on Lake Granbury. Now the BRA is asking for a 60% increase in water sales. These water sales would have a detrimental affect on the economy of Hood County and Granbury's tourism.
